Chronicles of the lost graduate aims to provide the perfect platform where unemployed or underemployed graduates or undergraduates can exchange ideas and share experiences. The lost graduates will have access to regularly updated news and comments related to job search and relevant tips on CV writing, application forms, networking, internships and volunteer work.
Chronicles of the lost graduate is affiliated to the Fastlaners Programme and it will also include useful links to job opportunities, graduates schemes and career fairs, as well as relevant articles about the situation of unemployed graduates.
About Fastlaners
Fastlaners is a two-week training programme targeted at graduates who are unemployed or underemployed. The Fastlaners programme supports and empowers graduates with the skills they need to make the transition from education to employment. Both soft skills and hard skills are needed to thrive in the work place. From CV writing to networking, effective communication to covering letters, application forms to the presentation skills, the Fastlaners programme has been designed to develop and support the crucial capabilities that graduates need to succeed in the workplace. Participants are also given the opportunity to run workshops with undergraduates at university to pass on some of the knowledge and training they’ve learned through the Fastlaners programmes.
